The 328-ha lake of Esparron-de-Verdon with its many coves and cliffs, its turquoise waters and gorges is one of the wildest in the Verdon.
Perched on the rock on the edge of the lake, the village of Esparron-de-Verdon offers a wide open view of the valley and the lake.
It is an ideal starting point for discovering the Verdon, along with the nearby towns such as Gréoux-les-Bains and Moustiers-Sainte-Marie.
