In the heart of the Val d’Allos, close to the Mercantour National Park, in the middle of an undulating mountain, facing south, the house is ideally located and will be appreciated by lovers of silence and calm. At an altitude of 1250m, there’s snow in winter and sunshine all year round. We’re still under the influence of the Mediterranean climate. Birds and squirrels abound. Here, the protection of the Mercantour National Park gives way to an abundance of wildlife (ibex, chamois, marmot, golden eagle, bearded vulture, wolf…).
The house has 5 bedrooms. It is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 10 people. Two bathrooms, two WCs, unlimited broadband internet access, two televisions with satellite, canal + and canalsa “t. Surrounded by 2400 m² of grounds, there’s plenty of room to make snowmen in winter and to sunbathe, play volleyball and ball in summer. The house is very popular with children and those who appreciate peace and quiet.
