In winter, I offer snowshoe outings “On the trail of the wolf”. We’ll go out for a day or two (with a night in a gîte or refuge) to discover the environments frequented by the wolf, to understand its way of life and the impact of its presence on the environment. With a bit of luck, we’ll find the wolf’s tracks and be able to follow in its footsteps!

In winter or summer, with “Première Nuit en refuge”, you can enjoy a magical experience of getting back to basics and immersing yourself in nature. I’ll take you to spend the night in a comfortable refuge, where we’ll enjoy excellent mountain cuisine and a timeless experience.

In summer, with the “Reconnexion Nature” stays, I offer you a powerful experience to break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to slow down and reconnect with life and yourself. We’ll be walking on foot, taking meditative breaks, doing conscious breathing exercises, spending time in silence or taking forest baths. These stays are either in bivouac or in refuge.
